How do I join?
If you have already signed up for a Lole account, you are automatically enrolled. Otherwise, signup at the top of this page!
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by signing up, referring friends, making purchases and many more ways. See the full list of ways you can earn points here. Points will automatically show up in your account.
How do I view my point balance?
Check out your point balance in the top bar of every page. You must be signed in to view your points.
How do I redeem my points?
Redeem your points at checkout using the sliding bar. Note, you must log in to redeem your points.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No, the sky is the limit! The more you buy and share, the more you earn.
What do the "approved", "pending" and "cancelled" statuses mean?
- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
- Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This applies on purchases and referrals. The verification period is 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. This typically happens when you return an item. Points will change from pending to cancelled.
What happens if a friend I refer returns their order?
Unfortunately, your pending points will become 'cancelled' and will be removed from your account. Points will be pending for 30 days before being approved or cancelled.
Why did my account balance go down?
This means you, or someone you referred returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take up to a day for us to process your activity and provide your points. If it’s been longer than 7 business days, please reach out to customerservice@lolelife.com.
Do member points expire?
Yes, member points expire 12 months after the date of the last purchase. Make sure to use your points before this date to fully enjoy their benefits.
How do I leave the program?
We’re sad to see you go! If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us at customerservice@lolelife.com to be removed from the program. In doing so, you will lose any points that have been accumulated.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
We'd love to welcome you back! Just click “Join Now” on The Rewards page! Sadly, your point total will begin from zero.
How can I share my referral URL?
You can share your URL any way you see fit. We love seeing you share your link on your blog or social profiles! You can find your URL after signing into your Rewards dashboard.
What happens if I redeem a reward and then return that purchase? Do I get my points back?
Unfortunately, points that have been applied to the cart cannot be reissued if a return is processed.
Is there a limit to how many points I can redeem at one time?
No, there is no limit to the number of points you can redeem at one time.
