We guarantee all our products against defects for one year from the purchase date. As our clothing is designed for their intended purpose and made to respect the highest standards in the industry, our warranty applies only to those defects that appear during the intended use of the product. If you find your product to be defective within a year of purchase, here’s the procedure;

If it was bought from a retailer, you need to return the defective product to the store where it was purchased with your original receipt. The store will then contact its customer service agent and follow up directly with you.

If it was bought from our website www.lolewomen.com, simply provide us with your order number and a picture of the defect for our warranty department. We will follow up with you for the next step.
