- Article 1. Contest
Coalision Inc., a corporation duly constituted under the laws of Québec and whose head office is located at 700 rue St-Antoine East, Suite 110, Montreal (Quebec) H2Y 1A6, launches this free contest with no obligations to purchase, under the conditions provided herein, named Winter Wonderland Travel Contest via its Instagram platform at www.instagram.com/lole and published on social networks, including Insatgram.
This contest is not organized or sponsored by Instagram which has no liability with respect to this contest. The information provided by the participants is solely intended to be used by Coalision Inc.
- Article 2. Participation
This contest is free, with no obligation to purchase. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. It is open to all-natural persons over the age of 18 on the day of their participation, resident in Canada & the United States. Employees of Coalision Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members of Employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.
Participants may only play once during the entire duration of the contest. Participants are strictly forbidden to play multiple times, including the use of multiple e-mail addresses. If it turns out that a participant has used fraudulent means, such as automated searches, the use of algorithms or the use of false identifiers, no prize will be awarded, without prejudice to other rights and possible legal proceedings against the participant.
- Article 3. Conditions
Entries for the contest will be accepted online starting on February 8th 2019 at 9am PST and ending February 13th 2019 at midnight PST. All online entries must be received by February 13th 2019 at midnight PST.
To participate in the contest, the participant must: like the post and tag two friends in the comments.
Participation in the contest requires anyone to have an Instagram account and be a subscriber of the company account. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Coalision Inc.
The contest is available at www.instagram.com/lole
Once the participant’s participation has been validated according to the above conditions, the participant will automatically be included in the contest.
The winner will be selected on Thursday February 14th 2019 at 9am PST by members of the Lolë team.
- Article 4. Prize
The prize to be won:
1 Lolë coat ($300 value)
1 Away carry on ($300 value)
1 Away large luggage ($300 value)
$200 worth of Four Sigmatic products
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The prizes cannot be cumulated. There will be one winner.
The winner will be contacted by Instagram to obtain the complete contact information necessary for the delivery of the prize.
The prize will be sent by postal service/or will be available in store or online.
Coalision Inc. shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 2 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
No modification, additional service or guarantee can be claimed by the winner, for any reason whatsoever.
- Article 5. Modifications
Coalision Inc. reserves its right to discontinue, suspend, extend, shorten, cancel or modify the terms of the contest at any time, at its discretion or as circumstances require, including but not limited to, the type of prize awarded. No compensation or indemnity of any kind whatsoever can be claimed as a result of such modification.
- Article 6. Personal Data
The personal data collected in this contest are intended exclusively for a use by Coalision Inc. This information will not be sold or given to third parties and will be used by Coalision Inc. in the strict context of the authorization expressly granted by the participant. All participants in the contest have the right to access, rectify or delete data concerning them. Any request to this effect must be sent by email to social@lolelife.com.
- Article 6. Limitations of Liability
Coalision Inc. shall not be responsible in case of malfunction of the "Internet" network or unavailability of platforms and social networks used in the context of this contest that would prevent access to the contest or its smooth running. In addition, Coalision Inc. disclaims all responsibility for any external malicious code, and any risks inherent in any connection or transmission over the Internet, including, but not limited to, telephone or power line problems, the risk of contamination by potential viruses, display errors on the websites or the unavailability or destruction of information provided by participants, to the extent not attributable to Coalision Inc.
All participants shall take all appropriate measures to protect their own data stored or transmitted using their computer and telephone equipment.
- Article 7. Acceptance
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, any additions and amendments, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. - Article 8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The contest is subject to all applicable Canada and Quebec laws and regulations.
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des Alcools, des Courses et des Jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
The parties undertake, first and foremost, to settle any dispute amicably.
Any dispute relating to the application or interpretation of these rules will be the responsibility of the competent courts.
